Hire of our open space for an event, or use for a class

If you are considering submitting a request to hire any of the open space managed by the parish council, please refer to the attached Events and Open Space Hire Policy.      This document also provides a useful guide to organising events.

If you are a regular hirer of Pitstone Memorial Hall and wish to hold occasional classes outside on the recreation ground/village green when it is sunny, please read the policy below and provide the necessary insurance certificate and acceptance of the terms to the parish council.
