Annual Parish Assembly minutes 1-5-12

Please find attached the draft minutes of the Pitstone Annual Parish Assembly held on 1 May 2012.   These will be approved as a true and correct record, or amended accordingly, at the next annual assembly on 21 May 2013.

The attached copy also has highlighted yellow fields which contain updates about the issues discussed at the 2012 annual assembly.
